SF RecPark Neglects Bison Meadow - Preventing Their Natural Grazing Behavior

There's a few subjects I've posted to my Zoo related blog repeatedly about for many years.  The neglect by the San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department in their responsibility to the Bison Paddock Meadow, is one of them.

Bison are grazing Animals.  It's their natural behavior, to roam and graze, then rest and repeat.  That is what their day is naturally.

The Sprinkler System has not worked properly for over a decade.  By one Gardener's account, it's allegedly now been close to fifteen years.  Outside of rainy season, the Meadow is dried out completely.  There is little to nothing for them to graze on.  In my opinion, this is an Animal Welfare issue.
